Mbomipa Wildlife Management Area is located in Idodi and Pawaga Divisions of Iringa District. The Southern boundary of Ruaha National Park forms the northern boundary of the WMA, to the west it is bound by the Iringa-Mbeya boundary; and to the south it is bound by the grazing lands of villages in Idodi and Pawaga divisionsa.
Animals to find
Insects, spiders, fishes, amphibians, reptiles, birds, Elephants, Hippo, Giraffe, Eland, Buffalo, Zebra, Roan and Sable Antelope, Greater and Lesser kudu, Nile crocodile, monitor lizard and snakes.
Comprises dominant vegetation type of open woodlands and a mixture of shrubland.

By both road and air from Iringa town.
